Xerox iGen3 Color Digital Press (pictured), Xerox DocuColor 242, Canon W8400, and Roland Hi-Fi Jet provide document to poster size digital color printing. The Xerox iGen3 Color Digital Press outputs 100 impressions per minute up to 14.33”x 20.5” with exceptionally high-quality for short-run four-color printing on a variety of stocks including coated and specialty stocks. The Xerox DocuColor 6060 prints 60 copies per minute from digital files or hard copy up to 12”x18” on coated (glossy) and up to 10pt. Cover stock, one or two sided copies.

The Roland Hi-Fi Jet provides brilliant color up to 1440x1440 dpi from digital files in poster size up to 50” width by 150 feet. Perfect for quick turnaround when needed for banners and signs, the Roland Hi-Fi Jet can print in matte or gloss coated paper, transparent, translucent and opaque film or canvas

BINDERY & FINISHING

Automatic Bindery equipment means with GBC punching at 50,000 to 60,000 sheets per hour and Bourg Booklet makers your printed job won’t be sitting around for the finishing witch always takes longer than the printing.

Our GBC Punch allows for Plastic Coil, true spiral, comb and wire-O binding as well as 3-hole punching. Our Docutech does online thermal tape binding. For small books we suggest our perfect bind for a finished professional look to any of your publications. The Bourg Booklet Maker has 16 bins, collates, stitches and face trims up to 2,000 books per hour.

MOUNTING & LAMINATION

To complete your job, we offer Mounting and Lamination on Foamcore, Gatorboard and Sintra board. Choose from matte or gloss lamination and grommets or Trim Edging to complete your projects.
